Purpose:

To support activities within the Service Department at Ingenico Group.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Unpacking pallets from the field, sorting devices into tubs ready for scanning;
  • Scanning in devices from tubs into the Centralized Asset Management System (CAMS);
  • Packing devices into boxes, labeling them, and storing them in warehouse pallet locations;
  • Sorting and packing powerpacks for testing, boxing up, weighing, adding weighted quantities to Product Information Management (PIM) sheets, labeling, and storing in warehouse pallet locations;
  • Scanning in pallets of Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via the Integrated Returns Portal (IRP);
  • Managing discrepancies and communicating with stakeholders;
  • Performing Repair Services tasks such as screening, Level 1 cleaning, and other related duties;
  • Handling Logistics Services tasks such as receiving and dispatching;
  • Complying with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the company's WH&S policy;
  • Adhering to relevant Environmental legislation and the company's Environmental policy;
  • Following all procedures and policies of the Quality Management System applicable to their position, task at hand, and as directed by the company;
  • Attending and participating in team activities, meetings, and daily work activities, demonstrating respect;
  • Considering individual perspectives and expertise;
  • Communicating constructively with team members and company employees;
  • Aware of and communicating opportunities for improvement in processes, practices, and/or procedures to other employees and the business;

Skills:

Experience:

  • Experience in a Level 1 testing/warehousing/distribution/logistics environment;

    • Ability to work well within your team and autonomously;
    • Ability to be proactive and take initiative;
    • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualification:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification; or
  • Warehouse and/or technical service center experience.
