Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our South Brisbane Support Office as a Front Desk Ambassador.

You will be based at the front desk and be the first point of contact for our guests and team members, ensuring everyone is greeted with a warm and professional welcome.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors and team members
  • Managing inbound phone calls and shared inboxes
  • Booking meetings and managing meeting room calendars
  • General office logistics such as mail, stationary orders, and other tasks as required
  • Coordination of office events

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also play a key role in acting as a cultural ambassador and providing support in driving engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with our People & Culture (P&C) Team to provide general systems support, conduct visa checks, and coordinate the Employee Service Recognition Program.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years proven experience in a customer-centric or admin role, intermediate knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organisation and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail.

They should also possess a professional, friendly, and warm telephone manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

A passion for health and fitness is also desirable.
