We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Mark Attorney/Lawyer to join our team as a Senior Trade Mark Specialist. If you are passionate about trade mark law and looking for a challenging and rewarding role, this could be the opportunity for you.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our national trade mark team, you will advise blue-chip clients on a wide range of trade mark issues, including searches, contracts, registration, prosecution, opposition, non-use and licensing, infringement actions, dispute resolution, and risk management/regulatory compliance.
  • You will have autonomy to manage your own trade mark cases from start to finish, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will also contribute to the firm's business development/marketing initiatives, helping us to build strong relationships with our clients and grow our business.

About You:

  • With 4+ years of post-qualification experience in trade marks, you have a strong technical and practical knowledge of the prosecution process, opposition proceedings, and the enforcement of trade mark rights.
  • You have a proven ability to manage your own trade mark cases highly autonomously, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • You are proactive, results-focused, and excel in client service and management skills.
  • You are ambitious and hungry to accelerate your success with a top employer like ours.
  • You are willing and able to relocate to Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
