Sydney's first international 5-star hotel is looking for a skilled Career Development Expert to contribute to our luxury and excellence journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or human resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
