Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the review and enhancement of leadership and behavioural competencies to support cultural transformation.
  • Drive the implementation of technology solutions for capability tracking, reporting, and visibility.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and embed competency frameworks across key business functions.
  • Develop and maintain resources, toolkits, and guides to support framework adoption and usability.
  • Establish and oversee governance processes for framework updates and business input.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing competency frameworks within medium to large-sized complex organizations.
  • A strong understanding of organizational development, change management, and talent strategies.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to deliver strategic and hands-on solutions.
