Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for an ambitious and well-presented individual with a passion for sales and marketing. You will join our team to enhance the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future by working as a Casual Merchandiser.

Your main responsibilities will include representing Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and negotiating, selling & building displays to optimise store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.

Flexibility is essential: Availability between Wednesday to Friday is required with the ability to work additional hours on a Monday and Tuesday during busy periods such as Back to School and during Winter. You will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to the first week in January.

  • This is a casual opportunity to work in sales and marketing, perfect for those looking for flexible work arrangements or seeking to kick-start their career.
  • You will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager, but you will need to work autonomously to achieve commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • A current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle are essential.
  • You must be physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilise Nestle's creative point of sale.
  • You should be proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays.
  • You must live within the designated Area.
  • You should be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
