Portfolio Management Professional

We are currently seeking a Portfolio Management Professional to join our organisation on a day rate contract. This role will support the uplift of portfolio and project delivery practices across the business.

The EPMO is a small team sitting in the Strategy and Development division and provide analysis, insights and decision support information across the wider business.

The Portfolio Management Professional will work closely with the EPMO team to improve, enhance and develop fit-for-purpose frameworks, tools, templates, guides, comms and education to embed and uplift portfolio and project delivery practices. Another part of this role will be managing the change activities as new ways of working are introduced across the organisation.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 5 years Enterprise-level PMO experience;
  • Proven record in the development and implementation of project and portfolio methodologies and processes, in organisations at early stages of project and portfolio capability maturity;
  • Experience working with OCG P3M3 / PMI Maturity models or similar;
  • High level of skill as an internal consultant with advanced relationship and interpersonal capabilities, adept at engaging stakeholders with diverse needs and views from across the business;
  • Certification in a recognised project / portfolio management discipline;
  • Certification in a recognised organisational change management methodology or equivalent business experience highly regarded; and
  • PowerBI skills highly regarded.
