Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Estimator to join our Queensland team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed scopes of work and cost estimates, managing tender responses, and coordinating site meetings with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed scopes of work and cost estimates
  • Provide timely reporting as required
  • Manage tender responses and coordinate site meetings with subcontractors
  • Ensure accurate estimate completion and maintain records in our database

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a trades-based role or insurance building
  • Strong understanding of Australian Building Codes
  • Excellent analytical thinking and commercial acumen
  • Well-developed relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Suite applications
