Senior Speech Pathologist Opportunity

A highly supportive and welcoming environment has an exciting opportunity available for a senior speech pathologist to contribute to delivering high-quality services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualised plans, and providing contemporary practice advice to individuals, families, and carers.

  • Comprehensive and specialised assessments as required.
  • Individualised plans and reports within specified timeframes.
  • Specialist information and training programs for individuals, families, and support agencies.
  • Participation in research and development initiatives for professional services.
  • Maintenance of client service records in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.
  • Supervision of Allied Health Assistants through writing, monitoring, and reviewing Speech Therapy programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary degree or higher qualification from a recognised institution in Speech Therapy.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
  • Innovative and strategic approach to client service delivery and organisational improvement.
  • Ability to demonstrate and encourage teamwork.
  • Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships.
