The Team & Workplace:
The centre comprises a multidisciplinary team of over a dozen professionals, including speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and early childhood educators. The facility offers modern treatment rooms and resources, creating a nurturing environment that supports both clients and staff. The team works closely together, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for children.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that support functional communication outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other therapists to ensure holistic care.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate, professional clinical documentation.
What You'll Need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in paediatric settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience working within the NDIS framework.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies and child development frameworks.
