Job Description

As a skilled and motivated Technician, you will have an understanding of PC's, software, and related peripherals to deliver exceptional customer-focused problem-solving and resolving customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have a passion for retail and be highly motivated with outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and be able to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs
  • Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem-solving and resolving customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner
  • Exceed individual and store sales targets, while being flexible across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer-focused retail business and high-level technology and entertainment product knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of related peripherals such as digital cameras, printers, networking, and software programs
  • Knowledge of Apple products is highly desirable
