Bookkeeping Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled bookkeeping professional to perform a range of duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly reporting, invoicing, and BAS preparation and lodgement.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling bank statements, debtors, and creditors.
  • Managing cash flow and preparing financial reports.
  • Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proficient in financial software systems, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong focus on customer service and communication.
