Job Title: Dynamic Support Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to provide crucial support to our leadership team, ensuring smooth administrative and financial functions within the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Leadership team in daily activities, meetings and administrative tasks that ensure efficient and well-run operations.

  • Provision of financial management services and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Administrative support including travel arrangements, office amenities/supplies, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Operational management of facilities, co-ordination of demand and supply of facilities and services.

Key responsibilities include providing quality customer service, greeting guests/visitors, coordinating and prioritising daily tasks, meetings, and appointments for senior executives, and facilitating event/conference attendance.

Essential qualities include problem-solving, interpersonal skills, planning and organisation, quality control, and adaptability. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications or experience in business administration, finance, or related fields, demonstrated understanding of basic financial principles and bookkeeping, and ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
