Job Title:

Front of House All-Rounder

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple tasks, and work closely with management to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for front of house reception duties, assisting clients with software installation and management, serving as a point of contact for clients with queries or issues, and undertaking marketing activities such as social media posts and management.

In addition, some bookkeeping and administration tasks will be required.
