Assistant Category Buyer Job Opportunity

This is an entry-level position for a skilled Assistant Category Buyer in the fashion industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support category procurement and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favourable terms.
  • Identify vendor supply chain challenges through regular quality assurance reviews.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Buyer working in a high volume business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritise tasks accordingly.
  • Proficient in Jira, Excel, BI, BC, and knowledgeable about API integrations and platform software.
