Fashion Category Growth Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Category Manager to join a leading fashion marketplace in Sydney. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the women's trend category.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Buyer working in high volume business and be proficient in Excel reporting (including pivot tables and v-look ups). Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail are also essential.
The successful candidate will drive strategic growth initiatives, monitor inventory levels, and negotiate favourable terms and conditions for contracts. They will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
A clear and effective communicator, the successful candidate will be able to provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Adaptability to changes in the market and industry is also required.
