Vision Super offers an 18-month Information Technology Graduate Program designed to give you hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work on projects that matter.

This program is structured across three six-month rotations: IT Operations, Quality & Risk, and Cyber Security , providing you with the skills, insights, and networks to succeed in IT.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a pragmatic, self-starter with excellent communication skills to provide support for end-user computing and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities, be curious, adaptable, and proactive in learning, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for end-user computing and IT infrastructure
  • Participate in incident and change management processes to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with cybersecurity audits and threat assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to quality assurance projects and data integrity reviews to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation initiatives to drive business success
