Procurement Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role within a growing organisation that's known for innovation, sustainability, and quality.

The Procurement Specialist will play a critical part in ensuring raw materials and packaging items are sourced, managed, and delivered in line with production demands. This involves coordinating with suppliers to manage raw materials and packaging requirements, monitoring stock, generating purchase orders using MRP systems, negotiating pricing and terms, and working closely with production planning to align deliveries with schedules.

  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, specs, and materials
  • Resolve supplier non-conformance issues and manage credit notes
  • Source new suppliers and obtain quotations as required
  • Conduct annual supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

About the Role:

  • 4+ years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
  • Strong knowledge of MRP systems (SAP Business One and/or NetSuite highly regarded)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous contract manufacturing experience is an advantage
