Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. This exciting opportunity involves coordinating international orders, managing demand forecasting, and ensuring compliance with import/export requirements.

The Role
  • Coordinate International Orders: Work closely with suppliers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Forecast Demand: Analyze sales trends and promotional activity to make accurate predictions and inform business decisions.
  • Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners and logistics providers to drive business growth.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify all import/export documentation and compliance requirements are met to avoid any potential issues.
  • Support Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and implement strategies to reduce stock shortages and increase sales.
About You
  • International Logistics Experience: Proven track record of working in international import/export logistics, preferably with experience in coordinating international orders and managing demand forecasting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other computer systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive, service-driven approach with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
