Inbound Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Professional to lead our Inbound Supply Chain initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and improving processes that ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic processes to optimize inbound supply chain planning, minimizing costs and enhancing customer experience.
- Oversee seller and vendor relationships within the supply chain organization.
- Identify opportunities to scale existing processes by leveraging available tools and automation.
- Implement best practices from other geographies and companies to minimize supply chain losses.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
A day in this role will involve collaboration with colleagues to understand their work and share expertise. You'll identify opportunities and take the lead in designing their implementation. You'll also encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables while proactively looking for new ways to improve.
