This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance inbound supply chain planning, minimize costs, and maximize customer and seller experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning.
- Owning seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization.
- Making existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools and automation.
- Rollling out best practices from other geographies and companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
- Utilizing exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
- Program managing and driving decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Launching programs, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You'll work closely with colleagues to understand how they work and what you and your teams can learn. Together, you'll identify exciting new opportunities and take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.
