Job Opportunity: Inbound Supply Chain Leader

\

The Inbound Supply Chain Manager serves as a bridge between business and operations teams. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, maximizing vendor and seller experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Establish processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning, minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience\
  • Own seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization\
  • Identify and implement available tools/automation to make existing processes scalable\
  • Roll out best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses\
  • Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences\
  • Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership\
  • Launch programs, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables\
  • Work closely with Amazon colleagues to understand how they work and share expertise\
  • Encourage and support teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, proactively looking for new, data-backed ways to improve\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency\
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives\
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve results\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement\
  • Implement data-driven approaches to drive business outcomes and optimize supply chain performance\
  • Drive innovation and experimentation to improve supply chain processes and outcomes\
  • Develop and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress and results\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's business and its customers to inform supply chain decisions\
  • Ensure alignment with Amazon's vision, values, and goals, and act as a representative of the company in all interactions\
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge\
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization\\
