
Medical Records Summariser

This role involves summarising patient medical records and digitising documents to ensure accurate and complete data.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret incoming patient records, accurately summarise medical histories, and ensure all relevant information is captured and recorded.
- Digitise paper documents and attach them to the correct patient record, applying accurate coding and filing for easy retrieval and compliance.
We provide coordinated health and social care to our patients through a network of local providers.
Person Specification- Good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent), previous administrative or records management experience in a healthcare setting, and strong IT and typing skills.
- Organised, reliable, able to work to deadlines, good communication skills, team player, training in medical terminology or health administration, and knowledge of EMIS or SystmOne.
