- Team Performance: Foster a high-performing team by promoting recognition, cohesion, and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient customer service systems and processes.
- Escalations: Serve as the escalation point for customer service enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- General Management: Participate in performance management, address disciplinary concerns, identify training and development needs, and assist with recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
