  • Team Management: Oversee the daily operations and supervision of our clerical team, including rostering and performance management.
  • Team Performance: Foster a high-performing team by promoting recognition, cohesion, and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient customer service systems and processes.
  • Escalations: Serve as the escalation point for customer service enquiries, feedback, and complaints.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and eager to learn new software, with experience in Radiology Information Systems being a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the medical field, is highly regarded.
