Job Overview

We are seeking an individual to play a vital role in our business, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Your Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing our clients correctly and taking payments
  • Learning and competently using a range of software and applications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our business and our clients
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
