About the Role

As a Human Experience Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for driving systems and strategies to improve patient, carer, and consumer experience in our health district.

You will lead initiatives to enhance human-centered care, implement national standards, and drive service improvements using data. Your role will involve collaborating with teams to embed human-centered care principles and championing a framework that elevates the human experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a framework that elevates the human experience and promotes patient-centric care.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience in leadership, project management, or healthcare.

  • Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and management in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills to formulate new approaches and lead change programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to consult, negotiate, and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.

  • A current driver's license valid in Australia.
