
Senior Patient Experience Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a transformative program that focuses on patient-centered care and drives meaningful change across the healthcare system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and sustainability of the NSW Patient Reported Measures Program. This program aims to improve patients', staff', and consumer experience within Northern Sydney Local Health District.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant industry experience is essential.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are required to engage diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, consumers, and Primary Health Networks.
- Effective change management skills are necessary to overcome resistance and drive the adoption of new initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively with NSLHD stakeholders, consumers, clinicians, Primary Health Networks, and Primary Health Care staff.
