Clinical Lead Supporting Recovery

This role combines leadership, clinical expertise and service development to deliver high-quality care for young people experiencing trauma due to family violence.

  • Lead and mentor a team of mental health professionals.
  • Provide guidance on managing complex cases within agreed areas and in line with qualifications.
  • Offer clinical supervision in individual and group settings.
  • Contribute to ongoing service improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree qualification, registration with a professional body, extensive experience working with trauma clients and supervising multidisciplinary teams.

About You:

  • Relevant degree qualification – i.e. psychology, counselling or social work
  • Registration with a professional body – i.e. minimum Level 4 ACA, PACFA Clinical, APHRA or AASW accreditation
  • Extensive experience working with trauma clients (mandatory)
  • Experience supervising teams in clinical settings
  • Current driver's licence and WWCC
  • The right to work in Australia
