Customer Solutions Advisor Role

We are seeking a customer champion who can help individuals connect with the latest technology. As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing value-driven solutions to meet customers' evolving needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cater to customers' wants and needs, leveraging technology to enhance their daily lives.
  • Offer comprehensive support for troubleshooting technical queries and empower customers to confidently use our services to resolve issues at home.

The Ideal Candidate
  • You possess a spark of joy and enthusiasm when interacting with customers. You're an excellent communicator, adaptable, and passionate about technology.

This part-time opportunity requires a minimum of 15.25 hours over three shifts, with flexibility to choose your availability. You'll also enjoy a competitive salary, rewards, and an uncapped commission model.
