Senior Claims Service Professional

We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as Senior Claims Service Consultants. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Claims Assessment: Review and identify claims that do not fall within the scope of policies to ensure the correct outcome has been made.
- Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and draft appropriate documentation for stakeholders when required.
- Customer Relationships: Develop relationships to understand and meet customer needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
- Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
- Business Acumen: Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
- Technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
