Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

About the Role:
  • Deliver HR services to legal professionals and support staff, including employee relations, talent management, performance reviews, and the implementation of HR policies.
  • Provide HR guidance to all levels of employees, collaborating with leadership on establishing effective HR and recruitment strategies.
  • Support employee relation initiatives, handle issues and conflicts, and contribute to talent management efforts, including recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Implement and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with up-to-date employment legislations and regulations.
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Warm and approachable personality, exceptional communication skills, and a solutions-focused approach to work.
