Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the Receptionist role. As an integral part of our Support Office team, you will be responsible for coordinating general maintenance and safety of the office, greeting and assisting visitors, conducting office inductions with new starters, handling mail distribution, light administrative tasks, updating the Support Office Database, answering and screening incoming calls, and ensuring visitors and contractors are signed in via the system.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
