Experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee daily operations and provide strategic guidance in managing payment runs, foreign currency transactions, and staff training.
- Payment Run Management: Ensure timely clearance of payments and manage payment runs with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in accounts payable.
- Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable with a strong background in payment processing and staff management.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (desired).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team.
