The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Job Placement Specialist to join our team in Clare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.
On a typical day, you might be:
- Empowering and motivating participants to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Reverse marketing clients to employers;
- Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and compliant with regulatory requirements; and
- Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
You will be working with a collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to making a positive impact.
Key Qualifications and Experience:- A minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing roles or client services;
- Demonstrated experience of working with individuals overcoming challenges;
- Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confidence in working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- An overall desire to be part of our broader team and share our purpose: to connect people and businesses, so both can thrive; and
- Holding a current driver's license.
