Job Title: Cloud Security Specialist

This is a contract role with a leading technology organisation.

About the Role:

Delivering Identity Solutions

This role focuses on delivering secure identity solutions using Azure AD.

You will collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams to design, implement, and manage scalable identity services across hybrid environments.

Duties/Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Azure AD integrations, app onboarding, and conditional access.
  • Automate provisioning and de-provisioning flows using SCIM or equivalent standards.
  • Develop Terraform modules for Azure AD app registrations and enterprise apps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration for identity workflows.
  • Embed privileged access management (PAM) controls with IGA workflows.
  • Provide observability and assurance via identity telemetry and SIEM integration.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Azure AD, IAM, RBAC, and conditional access.
  • Skilled in app onboarding using SAML/OIDC with automated guardrails.
  • Experience with PAM, IGA approval workflows, and break-glass procedures.
  • Hands-on Terraform experience with modular, parameterised design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration for identity workflows.
  • Knowledge of secure secrets handling with Vault, Azure Key Vault, or equivalent.
  • Broad understanding of Azure public cloud platforms.
  • Windows and Linux experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security engineering and experience working with Azure AD and Terraform. They will also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
