Secure Access Solutions Architect

Unlock the power of secure access by leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and enforcing robust access models, ensuring secure and least-privilege access to sensitive data and resources.

With expertise in IAM platforms such as Okta, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, and Azure AD, you will lead the development and optimization of role-based access control (RBAC) models and identity governance workflows.

You will also automate complex identity lifecycle processes leveraging Terraform/OpenTofu and Python at scale, ensuring seamless user experiences and streamlined access management.

This includes defining and enforcing security controls for GitHub repository management, ensuring secure and compliant CI/CD pipeline access.

The Senior IAM Engineer will drive security design and enforcement across multi-cloud environments, focusing on IAM policies, resource permissions, and access control best practices.

A strong knowledge of authentication protocols and standards including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and MFA best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead administration and enhancement of IAM platforms to ensure secure, least-privilege, and scalable access models.
  • Architect and implement SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2), signals sharing, and global token revocation alongside building policies to strengthen authentication and user verification.
  • Develop, optimize, and enforce RBAC models and identity governance workflows to improve access security and audit readiness.
  • Automate complex identity lifecycle processes using Terraform/OpenTofu and Python at scale.

This role requires hands-on experience with IAM solutions, authentication protocols, and standards. A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and security best practices is also essential.
