Key Responsibilities:
  • Upskill and enhance capability to drive customer excellence through coaching and mentoring
  • Collaborate with leaders and team members to embed best-practice coaching, training, and development
  • Be a trusted advisor, using data, feedback, and insights to shape performance and drive improvement
  • Deliver impactful coaching, mentoring, and development programs – both virtually and in person
  • Support the growth of junior coaches and contribute to the evolution of our coaching frameworks
  • Identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and promote a strong risk management culture
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in coaching, training delivery, and performance assessment, with a focus on developing others
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and inform strategic direction
  • Strong analytical skills to identify performance trends and set relevant business goals and metrics
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to build relationships and achieve objectives
  • Experience using data and feedback to shape performance and drive improvement
  • A track record of delivering service excellence and capability uplift
