About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a significant impact in health, safety, and well-being. As a Health Safety & Well-being Manager, you will be responsible for supporting safety operations across multiple sites in West Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include building key stakeholder relationships, implementing safety strategies, partnering with leadership, and driving workforce engagement. You will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing team of HSW professionals nationally and contribute to a rare opportunity to create a lasting legacy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting operations across 4 sites in West Melbourne
  • Delivering end-to-end safety solutions and support for a large high-risk workforce
  • Building key stakeholder relationships and partnering with leadership
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Previous hands-on safety experience managing safety in the field
  • High level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively
