The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Portfolio Manager - Trunk Utilities to lead the planning, development, and delivery of BAC's critical trunk infrastructure including power, water, and sewerage systems.
This portfolio will deliver projects up to $50 million in value and is key to enabling the future growth and sustainability of the Airport precinct.
Reporting to the Head of Development and Delivery, the successful candidate will lead a team of planning, development, and project management professionals and be accountable for the end-to-end management of the Trunk Utilities Capital Portfolio.
This includes strategy development, business case preparation, investment governance, stakeholder engagement, regulatory coordination, performance reporting, and project delivery.
