Infrastructure Project Lead Sought
We are seeking a skilled project lead to manage infrastructure projects from design to implementation. This is an 8-month contract based in Brisbane CBD.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of infrastructure projects using a person-centred approach.
- Develop and implement scope of works and project plans for infrastructure-based projects that meet performance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to deliver priority infrastructure projects.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and diverse stakeholders to leverage resources and technical expertise.
- Establish governance mechanisms to support infrastructure projects of varying value, size, and complexity.
- Provide authoritative strategic advice to senior managers on project matters.
- Prepare high-quality documentation and reports as required.
Suitability Criteria:
- An adaptable approach to managing conflicting demands and change.
- In-depth knowledge of construction project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- A collaborative work style with ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines.
- Personal accountability in meeting objectives and resolving project issues.
