Job Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for leading project delivery from tender handovers to construction staging and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading all stages of project delivery including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and procurement
  • Effective safety, time, cost, and quality management
  • Project planning and programming tasks
  • Liaising with clients and coordinating their relationships
  • Monitoring the performance of construction crews and subcontractors against estimates
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
  • Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
  • Ensuring project compliance with the Integrated Management System
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience as an Engineer on subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure
  • Experience working with local councils and service authorities
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent rapport with subcontractors
  • Contract management experience
