We are looking for a strategic and creative thinker to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team to drive business growth through aligned marketing and sales programs that support regional priorities and goals. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that position Axis solutions in the market, crafting product positioning, analyzing market research and trends, and translating insights into impactful marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand. You will collaborate with Business Development teams and execute targeted solution campaigns at the APAC level, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and strategies. You will work with sales, product teams, and other stakeholders to align on business objectives, customer needs, and market trends to drive solution awareness and business growth.

This is a results-driven role at a market leader in network video, access control and audio solutions, developing in Cloud-based solutions, AI and Business Intelligence solutions, with an End-to-End approach.

What you'll do
  • Solution Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Marketing teams to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Cloud-based solutions, AI, and Business Intelligence, with an end-to-end approach aligned to customer needs and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Customer-Centric Solution Messaging: Craft clear, impactful messaging for Axis solutions that resonate with target customers; highlight key benefits, competitive advantages, and unique selling points to strengthen Axis' value proposition.
  • End-to-End Awareness & Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and lead strategic marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engage customers, and drive demand; ensure a seamless customer journey at every touchpoint.
  • Market Insights and Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities; leverage insights to identify growth opportunities and refine messaging.
  • Content Creation and Collaboration: Partner with global teams to develop content aligned with campaign objectives; oversee creation of marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and brochures tailored to customer pain points.
  • Campaign Performance and Continuous Improvement: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to gauge effectiveness; use data to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
  • Alignment with Sales and Product Teams: Work with BD, sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with solutions launches and sales objectives; develop tools and resources to empower the sales team.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer insights and business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to create compelling messaging and content.
  • Expertise in market research and translating findings into insights for driving product and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to craft customer-centric solutions and messaging that clearly highlight the value proposition of Axis solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on data analysis and performance measurement to optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion.
