About the Role

Bolton Clarke is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication management.
  • Assist clients with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients to engage in social activities and maintain their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in aged care or a similar field, such as cleaning or housekeeping.
  • Availability to work various shifts across different days, including Fridays.
  • A valid working visa in Australia.
  • A police check, valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain.
  • Annual flu vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • An Australian driver's license.
