Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Maintain and repair equipment, fixtures, and fittings to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning gutters, and repairing latches and locks.
  • Gardening and Landscaping
    • Mow lawns, trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls.
    • Prune and trim bushes, hedges, and trees to maintain a safe and visually appealing environment.
