Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead our ANZ Financial Market Operations team within the broader APAC Financial Market Operations division.

As a Strategic Financial Market Operations Leader, you will drive operational excellence and transformational change, ensuring compliance within the regulatory landscape.

You will promote a culture of operational efficiency in service delivery to both internal and external customers, leveraging technology and data.

Additionally, you will champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, creating an environment where all team members feel valued and can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ANZ Financial Market Operations team to drive operational excellence and transformational change
  • Promote a culture of operational efficiency in service delivery to internal and external customers
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to create a valued and thriving team environment
  • Leverage technology and data to enhance operational performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Senior leadership experience in operations, preferably with financial markets expertise
  • Knowledge of FX, derivatives, and other financial products is beneficial
  • Exceptional people management experience with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams
  • Proven experience in building strong partnerships and credibility across various levels and functions, complemented by strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences
  • An innovative and transformational mindset, ready to challenge the status quo and drive significant change
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools and data analytics to identify operational risks, commercial, and customer opportunities
