The ANZ Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the ANZ Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow, working closely with regional and corporate finance leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams across the business.

This role supports the established ANZ sales, marketing, and operations organization, focusing on strategic P&L management, advanced margin analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and driving operational excellence.

Serving as a key finance leader for the ANZ region, you will partner with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed P&L and Cash Flow targets.

You will drive continuous improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Actively identifying, assessing, and managing Risks & Opportunities, ensuring proactive mitigation plans.

Leading Finance IT systems implementation for ANZ, across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Establishing P&L analytics across Categories, Sub-categories, Channels, and Retailers/Customers.

Partnering closely with the Controller team to ensure clear linkage between statutory and management reports.

Continuously exploring and implementing IT solutions to automate and streamline core finance processes.

Partnering with commercial and operational teams to optimize Working Capital, focusing on Inventory, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

Developing robust Cash Flow forecasts tied to P&L performance, ensuring alignment with Corporate Finance liquidity requirements.

Supporting ANZ's established supply chain with financial strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Representing the Finance function for key strategic projects, working alongside business and functional leaders.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as Consumer Goods, FMCG, and Retail.
  • Experience in both well-established MNCs and start-up environments is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, on top of financial expertise.
  • A strong track record of business partnering to drive growth plans, improving profitability, managing forecast and risks & opportunities.
  • The ability to effectively partner with and/or challenge senior leadership.
  • Able to handle multiple projects & priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to analyze complex business & financial topics, simplify and drive action to multi-functional teams.
  • A hands-on and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strategic mindset as well as strong operational agility.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional financial modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Business Analytics systems such as Power BI is preferred.
