About the Role

This dynamic opportunity is available for a results-driven professional to play a vital role in supporting logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within logistics systems to ensure operational planning meets business needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • E nsure compliance with operational standards, including NHVR, customs, and biosecurity requirements.
  • Support purchasing and planning tasks to align with customer agreements and business objectives.
  • Monitor service levels and provide timely updates to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a logistics, supply chain, or port operations role.
  • Knowledge of NHVR, customs, or biosecurity regulations.
  • Experience using TMS or other freight and cargo management systems.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
  • Flexibility to work at short notice, including irregular hours and weekends when required.
