We are seeking skilled Food and Beverage Professionals to join our team at The Star Brisbane, a new entertainment hub in the heart of the Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct.
About the RoleWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience in a hospitality environment or customer service role. As a Food and Beverage Professional at The Star Brisbane, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions, and communicating additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen.
Responsibilities- Provide quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work area
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Experience in a hospitality environment or customer service role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Maintain a strong guest focus in all services
- Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
- Available to work weekends and nights
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
