About the Role
We are seeking talented Food and Beverage Professionals to join our team at The Star Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our menu and current promotions
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Provide quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
- Maintain compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a hospitality environment or customer service role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Maintain a strong guest focus in all services
- Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
- Available to work weekends and nights
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
