The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Star Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of food and beverage attendants to deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume food and beverage environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
